Fall and Spring Semesters:

Monday - Thursday  6am - 9pm; Friday  6am - 7pm

Saturday - 10am - 2pm

Sunday - 5pm-9pm


*Normal hours during Final Exam Week

Summer Hours:

Monday - Thursday  6:30am - 5:30pm; Friday  6:30am -5pm

Membership:

All currently enrolled students, faculty/staff and retirees are eligible to utilize CCC's Fitness Center after completion of a mandatory Orientation Session and sign an Assumption of Risk Form.  Each visit, members must bring their CCC ID to gain access to the facility; those without a CCC ID will be denied access. 

Orientation:

During the first two weeks of class each semester, Orientation Sessions are given at pre-determined times and days.  Please see the Fitness Center or myccc Announcements for details.  After the first two weeks of classes, potential users may stop into the Fitness Center to arrange for an Orientation with a staff member. 

Mission Statement:

The purpose of the Corning Community College Fitness Center is to provide positive recreation, fitness, and wellness programs and services for all students, faculty/staff and retirees, inclusive of all fitness levels and physical abilities.  The Fitness Center is focused on promoting healthy lifestyles through educational opportunities, leadership, and physical fitness programs.  The Fitness Center will strive to provide a variety of programs that are educational, fun, social, and that lead to the development of the whole person and the enhancement of the community.
