Men's Soccer Beats Jamestown CC

Men's Soccer Beats Jamestown CC

The CCC men's soccer team traveled to Jamestown CC Saturday afternoon and garnered a 2-0 victory in the match.  In what proved to be a very close contest, all the scoring took place within one-minute.  Fifteen minutes into the game, Peter Gerould got the ball past the Jayhawk keeper to put the Barons on the board.  Gerould's goal was assisted by Gabe Smith.  Forty-five seconds later, Jonathan Kimmett scored as he cleaned up a deflection off of a Corning free kick.  Rhett Seeley earned the shut-out and recorded six saves on the day.

Corning travel to Rochester on October 1 to face off with the St. John Fisher JV team.
