The CCC men's soccer team had their offense running on all cylinders Saturday afternoon as they beat visiting Jamestown CC 5-1. Likonga Molingou led the offensive charge as he scored two goals and added two assists. Jonathon Daley added a goal and an assist while Andrew Field and Brad Eslick each found the back of the net. Cheick "Rocco" Coulibaly added an assist. Not to be outdone, was the Red Barons defense. The mid and backfield had stellar performances from Logan Brimmer, Boi "Junior" Coulibaly, Jonathon Fleming and Robert Weiskopf. The Jayhawks lone-goal came on a PK late in the game and they were limited to a total of 9 shots on the day. Josh Harrison recorded 8 saves in the net for Corning.
With the win, the Red Barons improve to 4-6 on the season and will host St. John Fisher College JV's on Thursday, September 29 for a 4pm kick-off.
