Women's Soccer Finishes Strong Against Niagara

The Corning women had another solid offensive outing as they beat Niagara CCC 7-1 on Wednesday afternoon in Sanborn, NY.  Shana Egressi recorded a hat trick in the first half with two assists coming from Mackenzie Warner and one from Paige HendershotJessica Hickey scored courtesy of another Hendershot assist to push the Corning lead to 4-0 at the half.  Alyssa Crawford scored on a Macie Drake assist.  Warner would get a goal of her own to make it 6-1 Corning on another Hendershot assist.  Warner was then able to find Justine Hulbert to score her first collegiate goal.  Rae Ann Prestridge finished the game with 10 saves and Egressi recorded 2 saves late in the game.  The Corning women finish the season 6-9 overall and their best finish in the past seven years.
