Baseball Ends Season With A Sweep of Broome
The Corning Community College baseball team swept Broome CC on Tuesday in the season finale by scores of 13-2 and 7-2.

In game one, Mario Carraballo got the win on the mound. Offensively, the Red Barons were led by Junior Jimenez who went 2 go 3 with two RBI's, Justin Judson went 2 for 2 with an RBI, Matt Hicks 2 for 4 with an RBI and Tyler Troccia was 2 for 3 with 3 RBI's.
In game two, Ryan Delgado earned the complete game victory. Jimenez stayed hot at the plate going 2 for 3, Curtis Pierce had an RBI, Hicks added two RBI's and Troccia belted a double.
The Red Barons finished the season with a 16-24 overall record and just missed earning a bid to the NJCAA Region III Tournament. Corning finished strong winning 7 of their last 10 games.
