Baseball Battles WIth Finger Lakes CC

The Corning Community College baseball team hosted Finger Lakes CC this weekend in a four-game series and came up short in all four. 

Game 1:  Corning 5, Finger Lakes 8 - Austin Locke went 2 for 4 and Junior Jiminez went 2 for 4 with a HR and 1 RBI

Game 2:  Corning 5, Finger Lakes 7 - Jiminez 3 for 3 with a triple and 4 RBI's, Robert Caraballo 3 for 3

Game 3:  Corning 3, Finger Lakes 4 - Locke 2 for 3, Braxton Ramirez 2 for 3, Jiminez triple and 1 RBI

Game 4:  Corning 4, Finger Lakes 12 -  Curtis Pierce 2 for 2, Hector Vargas 2 for 2, Rafael Perez 2 for 3, Locke, Caraballo and Dominc Teoli all recorded RBI's

Corning's game with Jamestown CC on April l6 has been cancelled.  Corning will host Jefferson CC Saturday, April 8 for a noon doubleheader.
